Our role as adults is to facilitate this in a safe environment and in a considered manner, meaning we don’t replicate the mainstream authoritarian ways of punitive sanctions to enforce conformity.
We focus on the joy of learning and progress, not exams. We don’t believe teaching to assessment fully realises the potential of individuals. We actively lean away from exams and rigorous testing.
